Best Temperature for Baby’s Room

How can I know if the temperature in the nursery is right?

The risk of sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) increases if the temperature in baby’s room is not right. Experts note that the ideal temperature for the nursery is between 68 – 72°F (20 – 22.2°C). Having a thermometer in the room helps you determine if the temperature is right. Still, a good rule of thumb is that if it’s too cold or too hot for you, then it’s also too cold or too hot for baby.
